In January 2026, MILA held a successful convening event, Seizing the moment: collaborating on UK media & information literacy policy. This attracted 50+ participants from over forty organisations to examine the state of play with media and information literacy in the UK, and to identify possible, practical collaborative activities to make the case for MIL.
